At Loose Reins, we believe in making your stay extraordinary. It’s about those unforgettable moments that our guests have experienced, like the time we surprised a couple with Capybara figurines hidden around their cabin. Their response? “I squealed and laughed a lot when we made our first coffee. We had a wonderful stay and it wouldn’t be a wedding anniversary without Capybara. Thanks so much, we had a fabulous time again and looking forward to the next stay already.”
Another guest once requested a framed photo of “Pedro Pascal” by the bedside for their stay. Instead, we printed off a lot of mini Pedro Pascals from a famous image and hid them around the lodge. They said their favourite was one at the bottom of the glass, so they spotted him when they finished their drink.
